Polo HQ was built by two people who live the sport. We have seen how clubs and teams run on spreadsheets, group messages, and scattered documents. We built Polo HQ to bring everything into one clear system so managers can manage, players can focus, and the sport can run better.
Our mission
Polo is a sport of precision, teamwork, and trust. But behind the scenes, running a club can feel messy and manual. Managers end up stuck in admin, rebuilding chukkers, chasing availability, and keeping track of players and horses across too many platforms.
We built Polo HQ because we have lived those problems. A club manager should be building the club and improving the experience, not sitting behind a desk all day. A team manager should be focused on the team, not fixing spreadsheets and paperwork. Players should be focused on improving their game, not stressed about admin.
Polo HQ brings players, horses, practices, documents, scheduling, and finances into one structured platform. The goal is simple. Give people their time back and give clubs the clarity they need to run smoothly.
